 A very large amount of information can be put in a small space on a computer disk that years ago would have seemed impossible.  So, this is also very possible since the Lord is doing it.</div> <div> God created the material for the earth and created the 1<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >st</FONT>, 2<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >nd</FONT>, and 3<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >rd</FONT> heaven where He placed his <U>spinning</U> power.  The earth was not rotating or moving.  Indeed, the earth was in no shape to do anything.  It had nothing to hold it together.  If it tried to spin in this condition, water and matter would make a muddy mess all over the universe.  <U>The spinning power keeps the matter in one location.</U>  God didn't create Christ's power in the 3<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >rd</FONT> heaven, because it has always existed.  God did create the space in the 2<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >nd</FONT> heaven where the firmament would be placed on the second day.  The Spirit of God has made a way for the atom “and a way for the lightning” (Job 28:26).  Both the atom and lightning have electromagnetism.</div> <div> At this point, the earth had material or matter and may have been mixed with water, but it had no form.  The word “void” refers to the atomic structure, which was not present. The word 'void' also means undersupplied in the 1828 Webster's Dictionary. The earth was not destroyed and re-created.</div> <div> “And he is before all things, and by him all things consist” (Col 1:17).  Christ's power has to be spinning to keep the material that makes up the universe in one place.  If his power were absent for even one microsecond, everything would vaporize.  “He maketh a path to shine after him” (Job 41:32).  The power of the Holy Spirit has gone around over the same path so many times that the path shines.</div> <div> Scripture says the universe was created in one second.  “I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I showed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass” (Isaiah 48:3).  “By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.  For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast (Psalm 33:6,9).  We can shout in a split second, so naturally God can and did.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> THE FIRST MICROSECOND</div> <div> (1000 microseconds = one second)</div> <bR> <div> Genesis 1: 1 and the first 1/3 of 2 says, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.  And the earth was without form, and void.”  Since God is light, (1 John 1:5), He had to create darkness.  Isaiah 45:7 says, “I form the light and create darkness.”  Since darkness was created in verse 2, light, electromagnetism, was also formed at the outer edge of the 2nd heaven at the same time.  God placed the deep - a combination of His power and electromagnetism - all the way from the outer edge of the second heaven, inward to the center of the earth.  By verse 3, microseconds later, the electromagnetism was planted in the atoms of the earth.</div> <div>      What we are seeing here at creation is that <U>the power of God spinning around heaven and earth at 10</U><FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><U>23</U></FONT><U> times per second just as electrons spin around the proton in an atom  at 10</U><FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><U>23</U></FONT><U> times per second</U>.  He transferred the pattern of the spinning power instantly to the atoms in Gen.1:3 when He said “Let there be light”, (the atomic structure or electromagnetism).  This speed is supported by the observation that some pulsar stars are rotating at 24,000 RPM.</div> <div>      God caused light to go into 2 different directions.  “By what way is the light parted...?”  (Job 38:24).  After making at least one revolution around the universe following Christ's power in the 3<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >rd</FONT> heaven, light (electromagnetism) split into 2 parts.  Part of it continues circling the universe and the second part dropped instantly to the earth, “Drop down, ye heavens...let the earth </div> <div> open...” (Isaiah 45:8).  These verses are saying that the spinning plenum and power (electromagnetism) are transferred instantly to the atoms in the earth during the first part of the first second of the existence of heaven and earth.  The earth is open to receive the power.  The supporting verse is Psalm 68:8 “The earth shook, heavens dropped at the presence of God.”  Christ's power orbiting the universe maintains the atoms in the earth.  If His power stopped, the universe would vaporize instantly.  The electrons in the atom instantly began orbiting the proton at the same speed as Christ's power orbits the universe.</div> <div> <IMG SRC="0bebcbf0.png" border=0 width="444" height="447" ALT="TurboCAD 3 Drawing" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <div>      Note Zechariah 12:1: “The Lord stretcheth forth the heavens and layeth the foundation of the earth...”  Here is a striking picture of how God stretched the electromagnetism and speed of his power in the 3<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >rd</FONT> heaven, <I>inward</I> to the atoms of the earth, which are its basic building blocks.</div> <div>      The earth now has atomic structure.  The electromagnetism from the 3<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >rd</FONT> heaven has now reached the earth.  The difference in time from start to finish is about 153 microseconds.  The earth is complete and capable of rotating, but the power of God has already spun billions of times in the third heaven, keeping the material making up the earth in place     </div> <div>      Proverbs 25:2 says that “It is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the glory of kings is to search things out.”  A 3rd heaven containing spinning power, would qualify better than anything else, as being concealed and yet giving glory to God.  The implication of “to search” is that, by investigating scripture, it is possible to know about the physical universe now.  </div> <div>      God planted His spinning power, located in the 3rd heaven, <U>into</U> the atoms of the earth, giving meaning to Isaiah 51:16  “...I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth...”  So, this divine spinning power, which is upward, is the pattern used to produce many spinning electrons in the atom, downward.  Likewise, when we have an atom, with the electrons spinning around the proton, we know it came from God's spinning power around the earth.  </div> <div> Ezekiel 1:27 says “...from the appearance of his loins <U>upward</U>, and from the appearance of his loins even <U>downward</U>...”  There is only one place to plant anything, and that's in the earth.</div> <div>      God's power in the 3<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >rd</FONT> heaven (a gigantic <I>generator</I>) supplies the 1<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >st</FONT> and 2<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >nd</FONT> heaven and the earth with electromagnetism.  Note Psalm 104:2, “...Who coverest <I>thyself</I> with light, as <I>with</I> a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain.”  In other words, electromagnetism covers everything under it like a garment.  In Job 36:29, 30, we read “...of His tabernacle?  Behold, He spreadeth His light upon it.”  The footnote says “light” is lightning.  The tabernacle includes everything in the universe.  So the picture is one of God spreading His lightning or electromagnetism in the tabernacle or heavens inward to the center of the earth.</div> <div>       <U>“O Wheel”</U> - Ezekiel 10:13, i.e., (O spinning plenum, firmament and Power of God) - This is a depiction of God's great, awesome, magnificent speed demonstrations.  Note, 1 Corinthians 1:28, “God chose things which are not, to bring to nought things that are.”    </div> <div> The Pulpit Commentary says, “things of which men conceived as not existing.”  The “wheels” chart gives this verse literal meaning. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for ...correction....”  (2 Timothy 3:16)</div> <bR> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="0c095bd0.png" border=0 width="405" height="701" ALT="Object Image, replacement for Object that CuteSITE Builder was unable to create from RTF." ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"> </div> <div> God is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent.  One cannot cut a region of space so small that God's power therein is not infinite.</div> <div> Hence, God is a plenum, which means that He rules space, every part of which is full of matter.  Plenum means an infinitely dense medium.   </div> <div>      </div> <div> God's power or plenum spinning in the 3<FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >rd</FONT> heaven would make physical sense of Jeremiah 30:23 because a “continuing whirlwind” would last longer than an hour and turn faster than once a day.  <I>The continuing whirlwind started at the first second of creation and has never stopped.</I>  The coasts of the earth could only have meaning as in the drawing; looking at the earth from outside the universe.  Habakkuk 3:4: “...the hiding of his power”.  His power really is hid behind the extremely dense rotating firmament making the verse have literal meaning.  The word “whirlwind” should mean the same now as then.</div> <div>      Three verses say God's power, is in the whirlwind; Job 38:1; 40:6: “... the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind”.  Then Nahum 1:3: “...the Lord hath his way in the whirlwind”.  This could be a regular whirlwind on the ground and/or <I>His power spinning in the 3</I><FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><I>rd</I></FONT><I> heaven.</I>  “His way” indicates movement and speed.</div> <div>      James l:17 says “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.”  The Pulpit Commentary has this: “...neither shadow that is cast by turning of the heavenly bodies.”  <I>This is saying that a shadow on the earth is caused by the turning of the firmament, as it carries the sun, moon and stars around daily.</I>  It is the intervening object, which is on the earth, and is between the sun and earth that makes the shadow.  Since it is not turning, the earth is not spinning.</div> <bR> <div> THE FIRST 164 MICROSECONDS</div> <div> Genesis 1: 3</div> <bR> <div> [David Bergman, 1157 W. Mill Drive, Kenesaw, GA 30152-5416, a speaker at creation meetings, believes that the first chapter of Ezekiel could be about the atom.]</div> <bR> <div> DOMINION</div> <div> “Knowest thou the ordinances of the heaven? Canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?”  (Job 38:33).  Ordinances means - “act of arranging, put in order, direction;” all having to do with <I>movement</I> - thus the heavens (or the firmament), are moving and turning.  “Dominion” means sphere of influence, control, or authority.  So how does heaven control the earth?  The only way to understand heaven is to look at the atoms of the earth.  Inside the atom we see that electrons orbit the proton.  The proton, in the center, does not spin.  Therefore, the way the atom works comes from the operation of heaven.  So heaven, the firmament with the sun, moon and stars enclosed, revolves around the earth daily.</div> <div>      Job 38:33 supports Isaiah 45:8, p4.  Every verse has a mate.</div> <div> The Glory of God orbited the earth once a day for the first 3 days providing the light for the evening and morning.  It established the pattern for the sun to follow on the fourth day, moving from east to west, as does the sun now.             </div> <bR> <div> LIGHT</div> <div> Ecclesiastes 12:2 - “While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened...”  The sun, moon and stars each have physical structure.  Since “light” is included in the group, <I>it also has structure.</I>  It is a particle and it is electromagnetism.  Psalm 74:16 says “...thou hast prepared the light and the sun.”  Light or electromagnetism, is different than the luminescence of the sun.  Psalm 97:11 states: “Light is sown....”  Only things that have structure are sown.  The only place to sow anything, including electromagnetism, is in the earth.  The universe and atoms in the earth are maintained by the power in Christ's word.</div> <bR> <bR> <div>    </div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <div> <A HREF="id22.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Ch 4 The Revolving Heaven"><U>ext </U></A> <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >                                                                  </FONT></div> </td> </tr></table></body>
